Due to ongoing issues with the coronavirus please note that the Church of Scotland and Scottish Government Guidance has made some changes to normal church services. The church opened the doors again on Sunday 13th Sept 2020 with limited numbers.
At the moment the total number of people allowed to attend our services under Scottish Government and Church of Scotland regulations is 50. As this number includes the Minister, others involved in leading worship and the duty team, the number of places for members of the congregation is restricted to 44. Accordingly, anyone wishing to attend a service will require to reserve a place by telephoning 07934 534 426. The booking service will be open to receive calls between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week. Please note that it will not be possible to accept block bookings in advance and that those wishing to attend on a Sunday will require to phone on the preceding Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of each week.
On arrival you will be met by a member of the duty team who will advise you of the door you should use to reach your allocated seat. (Please note that the balcony will not be in use.) Before entering, please make sure that we have a note of your name and phone number for NHS Track and Trace.
At the end of the service, please wait for directions for leaving from a member of the duty team.
Please help us all by following the guidance – we look forward to seeing you!
For those unable to attend in person you will be able to enjoy the service from Facebook live – just go to the Facebook book @kilwinningabbeychurch and enjoy the service from the comfort of your own home!
